Heat-Up St. Louis

Heat-Up St. Louis Inc. is a non-profit charity that focuses on helping people in need with their delinquent heating bills in the St. Louis region in both Missouri and Illinois.  Their sister program, Cool Down St. Louis, assists with air conditioning bills in the summer.  They also assist with high electric bills for at-risk households.
