Hospitalization or surgery can be frightening for children and their parents. Cardinal Glennon’s pre-admission tour is designed to answer questions children and parents may have concerning an upcoming surgery.

The tour helps familiarize family members with equipment used during a child's hospital stay, relieving some of the anxiety and fears surrounding surgery and hospitalization. The program is geared toward children ages 3-11. However, parents of children younger than three are welcome to attend.

Tours are held weekly for immediate family members of Cardinal Glennon patients. Our staff will meet families in the Atrium on the Ground Floor.
