The Therapy Department at SSM Cardinal Glennon Children’s Medical Center, led by Marlene Gravat, assists and guides children in achieving the highest level of independence possible. Our team of therapists has extensive experience working with children of all ages and strives to make a positive difference in every patient’s life by providing exceptional care.

What are Therapy Services?

Our team of physical, occupational and speech therapists offer evaluation, diagnosis and treatment plans for children in our hospital or referred by a physician in the community. Our team works with Rehabilitation Institute at Cardinal Glennon and several other areas of the hospital to provide comprehensive and balanced care for your child.

Referral Process

All physical, occupational and speech therapy services at Cardinal Glennon require a written prescription from a referring physician.  After a referral has been made, our therapists will communicate with your child’s doctor about individual goals and treatment plans for therapy.
